摘要
环境污染问题日趋严重,计算对生态系统造成的污染以及后续对环境一系列伤害的经济成本成为必要性,本文基于Pressure-State-Response模型(PSR),构建了科学合理的土地利用开发环境绩效评估指标体系。之后,利用遥感影像搜集污染区污染情况并利用ArcGIS提取数据及搜集各项指标,并利用主成分分析法(PCA)进行打分筛选出7个主要影响项目真实经济成本指标,并验证了依据不同工程规模进行成本计算的假设。
        Environmental pollution problems are becoming more and more serious. It is necessary to calculate the pollution caused by ecosystems and the subsequent economic costs of a series of environmental damages. Based on the Pressure-State-Response model(PSR), this paper constructs a scientific and rational evaluation of land use development environment performance. After that, remote sensing images were used to collect pollution in the contaminated area, and ArcGIS was used to extract data and collect various indicators. The principal component analysis method(PCA) was used to screen out the real economic cost indicators of the seven major affected projects,and verified according to different projects to scale for the assumption of cost calculation.
