大红山铁矿东上采区320 m分段采切工程现场施工管理探讨

摘要
大红山铁矿井下东上采区是400万t/a二期采矿工程的主体部分,现矿山正处于以二期东上采区370m、340m分段为供矿主力的情况下,保障二期持续生产顺利衔接,320m分段采切工程现场施工管理成为重点。面对严峻的安全形势、采切工程量大、通风困难的情况下,如何保障采切工程施工安全、质量、进度达到要求。文章从顶板管理、班组管理、优先级管理三方面采取措施,达到了安全施工、质量保证、进度达标的目的。
The Dongshan mining area of Dahongshan iron mine is the main part of the 4 Mt/a second-stage mining project.The current mining company is in the case of the second-phase Dongshang mining area with370 mand 340 msections as the main supplier.To ensure the smooth connection of the second phase of continuous production,the on-site construction management of the 320 msection mining and cutting project has become the focus.In the face of severe security situation,large amount of mining and cutting,and difficult ventilation,how to ensure the safety,quality and progress of the construction of the cutting project meet the requirements.The paper takes measures from the three aspects of roof management,team management and priority management to achieve the purpose of safe construction,quality assurance and progress.
