固相萃取与GC-MS/MS联用技术在茶叶农药残留检测中的应用

摘要
提出一种超声提取,固相萃取净化,结合气相色谱仪-串联质谱仪(GC-MS/MS)检测茶叶的新方法 ,采用空白基质液配标,在0.005μg/mL~0.5μg/mL范围内获良好线性,相关系数在0.9963~0.9992,对空白样品做3个浓度水平的加标回收试验,常见几种农药回收率为81.2%~107.5%,RSD为0.2%~8.9%,(n=5),方法检出限在0.01mg/kg~0.05mg/kg,将此法用于实际样品测试,结果令人满意。
        Mixed standard solution was labelled with blank sample matrix,the linear correlation coefficient reached 0.9963-0.9992 in the range of 0.005-0.5μg/mL.The blank tea samples were spiked at the three levels.The recovery of several common pesticide was 81.2%-107.5%.The RSD was 0.2%-8.9%(n=5),the detection limit was 0.01-0.05 mg/kg.The method has been applied to the determination of practical sample.The result is satisfactory.
