关于强化环境监测质量管理体系建设探讨

摘要
环境监测质量管理体系的建设有赖于整个团队的努力,需要做好能力管理、技术管理、资源管理,要不断加大技术研究工作,注重人才的培养,加强制度化管理,让激励措施来调动工作人员的积极性,让其工作符合时代发展需求,保持整体体系建设的与时俱进,由此来达到强化整体工作水准的提高。
The construction of environmental monitoring quality management system depends on the efforts of the entire team. It is necessary to do a good job in capacity management, technical management and resource management. It is necessary to continuously increase technical research work, pay attention to the cultivation of talents, strengthen institutionalized management, and allow incentives.
