摘要
昆虫呼肠孤病毒主要包括质型多角体病毒(Cypovirus,简称CPV)、昆虫非包涵体病毒属(Idnoreovirus)以及迪诺维纳病毒属(Dinovernavirus)。为了确定几种昆虫呼肠孤病毒在进化上的关系,对几种病毒属的RNA依赖的RNA聚合酶(RdRp)和主要衣壳蛋白(major capsid protein)做了进化树分析。结果显示,迪诺维纳病毒属和CPV位于同一进化分支中,迪诺维纳病毒属和CPV具有较近的亲缘关系。
        InsectReoviridae consists of Cypovirus,Idnoreovirus, Dinovernavirus. In order to investigate the evolutionary relationship among these insect Reoviruses, the phylogenetic trees of RNA dependent DNA polymerase(RdRp) and major capsid protein were analyzed. Based on the result, we assumed that Dinovernavirus and Cypovirus are in the same evolutionary branch, and Dinovernavirus might have close relationship with Cypovirus.
