摘要
以洛阳市常见绿化树种女贞为研究对象,研究叶片解剖结构的变异规律,结果表明:由郊区向市中心方向,叶片厚度变化不大,上表皮厚度增加,栅栏细胞厚度、海绵组织厚度和下表皮变小,叶片栅栏细胞所占比例和组织结合度减小,叶片细胞组织离散度略有增加,各项指标的变化规律与空气污染程度的变化基本一致。
        The common greening tree Ligustrum lucidum in Luoyang was taken as the research object. The variation law of leaf anatomical structure was studied. The results showed that from the suburb to the city center,the thickness of the leaves did not change much,the thickness of the upper epidermis increased,the thickness of the palisade cells,the thickness of the sponge tissue and the epidermis became smaller,the proportion of the leaf cells of the leaf fence and the degree of tissue binding decreased,and the leaf cell tissue The degree of dispersion increases slightly,and the variation of various indicators was basically consistent with the change of air pollution level.
