摘要
目的建立啤酒花HPLC指纹图谱。方法色谱柱:Diamonsil C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸水,梯度洗脱,检测波长358nm,柱压10.2MPa,柱温30℃,进样量10μl,流速1.0ml/min。结果首次建立啤酒花HPLC指纹图谱共有模式,对其19个共有峰进行标定,并对其中的黄腐酚、类葎草酮、葎草酮、加葎草酮、类蛇麻酮、蛇麻酮、加蛇麻酮进行指认。26批药材中有5批药材相似度低于或等于0.9,而该5批均为野生品种。结论该方法高速有效,可准确地对啤酒花栽培种、野生种进行区分,为啤酒花的品质评价研究奠定基础。
        Objective To establish fingerprint of Hupulus lupulus by HPLC.Methods Diamonsil C18column(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)was used.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and 0.1% phosphoric acid,in gradient elution mode,detection wavelength was 358 nm,column pressure at 10.2MPa,column temperature was 30 ℃,injection volume of 10μl and flow rate was 1.0ml/min.Results A common mode of HPLC fingerprint of Hupulus lupulus was established.19 common peaks were calibrated,xanthohumol,cohumulone,humulone,adhumulone,colupulone,lupulone and adlupulone for identification.Among the 26 batches of Hupulus lupulus,5batches of herbs had similarities of less than or equal 0.9,which were all wild varieties.Conclusion The method was fast,effective,accurate and reliably to distinguish the cultivation and wildness Hupulus lupulus,which provided reference for quality control of Hupulus lupulus.
