摘要
高盐废水处理零排放系统工艺包含三大部分:预处理,浓缩分盐和再浓缩结晶出盐。原水经过预处理后,达到进入膜浓缩系统要求;进入膜浓缩系统对原水进行浓缩,产生淡水准备回用,浓水进行纳滤分盐,浓缩过程中反渗透产水回用。整个工艺过程,产水实现达标回用,氯化钠、硫酸钠盐满足盐回用标准,实现废水零排放、盐的资源化、产水回用化。
The zero-discharge system process for high-salt wastewater treatment consists of three parts: pretreatment,concentration and crystallization. After pretreatment,raw water meets the requirements of membrane concentration system;raw water is concentrated into membrane concentration system to produce fresh water for reuse,concentrated water for nanofiltration and salt separation,and reverse osmosis water for reuse in the process of concentration. In the whole process,the produced water can be reused up to the standard. Sodium chloride and sodium sulfate can meet the standard of salt reuse and realize zero discharge of wastewater,resource utilization of salt and reuse of produced water.
