玉米异丙草胺和莠去津残留检测分析

摘要
目的:以安徽省舒城县棠树乡和河南省郑州市辛店镇两地栽种的玉米为主要实验材料,分析其农药的残留量。方法:首先选用合适的溶剂对其进行提取,然后用柱层析净化,最后用GC测定异丙草胺和莠去津农药在玉米籽粒中的最终残留量。结果:异丙草胺在玉米籽粒中的添加浓度为0.005~0.5 mg/kg时,其平均回收率为87.38%~97.39%、RSD为5.67%~1.72%,莠去津在玉米籽粒中的添加浓度为0.005~0.5 mg/kg时,其平均回收率为78.81%~94.01%、RSD为0.91%~6.32%。按低剂量1 110 g/hm~2和高剂量1 665 g/hm~2(有效成分用量)施药1次,玉米籽粒中异丙草胺和莠去津残留量均低于MRL(农药最高残留限量)值。结论:按规定在玉米田喷施异丙草胺和莠去津是安全的。
        Objective:The corns planted in Tangshu, Shucheng County, Anhui Province and Xindian Town, Zhengzhou, He'nan Province were selected as the main experimental materials to detect the residual detection of propisochlor and atrazine. Methods: Firstly, it was extracted with suitable solvent, then purified by column chromatography. Finally, the final residues of isoprochlor and atrazine herbicides in maize seeds were determined by GC.Results: Propisochlor in maize grain in the concentration is 0.005~0.5 mg/kg, the average recovery rate is 87.38%~97.39%, RSD is 5.67%~1.72%, atrazine in maize grain concentration is 0.005~0.5 mg/kg, the average recovery rate is 78.81%~94.01%, RSD is 0.91%~6.32%. By spraying the low dosage to 1 110 g/hm~2 and high dose of 1 665 g/hm~2(active ingredient content) one time. Both the maize metolachlor and atrazine residues were lower than the MRL(maximum pesticide residue with limited) value.Conclusion: It is safe to spary maize metolachor and atrazine in high doses in accordance with the provisions, which provide referencial value for spraying herbicide in corn field.
