摘要
系统工程方法已经在世界各行各业得到了广泛应用,但是,我国系统工程的应用大多还处于宏观和概念层面,缺少对系统工程过程、方法、工具的深度理解和应用。结合对美国宇航局(NASA)、欧空局(ESA)、美国国防部(DoD)指令和标准,以及国家标准(等同采用国际标准)的研究,提出面向产品、面向流程、面向组织推进系统工程的精细化应用的思考,并列举了具体方法和措施,供我国航天工业有关人员参考借鉴。
Systems engineering methods have been well used at many sectors in the world. Since the applications of systems engineering in our country is mostly still at the macroscopic and conception stage,people have not understood deeply or used the systems engineering processes, methods and tools. Based on the researching of NASA, ESA and DoD directives and standards as well as national standards(idt ISO/IEC), this article provides the ideas of promoting refinement utilization of systems engineering facing to the product, procedure and organization layers, and presents the methods and measures which could been referenced by some people of aerospace industry in our country.
