摘要
矿山开采在带来经济效益的同时也产生了诸多环境地质问题。本文阐述了由矿山开发引发的主要环境地质问题,坚持"以人为本"的原则,从矿区(山)环境地质问题、矿区(山)地形和地质条件、恢复治理的难易程度3个方面对全区矿山地质环境质量进行评价,根据单矿山综合评价结果及综合评价分区方法,将全区划分为46个矿山地质环境综合评价区,其中包括14个环境质量差区、32个环境质量中等区,比较客观、真实地反映了矿区(山)环境质量状况,并提出了相应的环境保护建议,为合理开发矿产资源和矿山环境恢复治理规划提供科学依据,促进本地区绿色矿业发展与生态文明建设。
        The Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan area is rich in mineral resources. The mining industry has brought economic benefits to the development of the region; on the other hand, it has caused many environmental geological problems. Based on the "people-oriented" principle, this paper evaluates the geological environment quality of the whole mine from three aspects: environmental geological problems such as mining geological disasters, mining topography and geological conditions, and difficulty degree of restoration. According to the comprehensive evaluation results of single mine and the comprehensive evaluation zoning method, the whole area is divided into 46 evaluation zones of mining geological environment, including 14 zones with poor environmental quality and 32 ones with moderate environmental quality, which objectively and truly reflects the environmental quality of the mines. On this basis, corresponding environmental protection suggestions are put forward. It can provide scientific basis for rational exploitation of mineral resources and restoration management of mining environmental problems, and promote the development of green mining and ecological civilization for the Changsha-Zhuzhou-xiangtan area.
