上海城镇化与生态环境综合发展及其耦合协调研究

摘要
论文通过构建城镇化与生态环境综合发展评价指标体系,采用耦合协调度模型,对2010-2016年上海城镇化和生态环境耦合协调性进行探讨,研究结果表明:(1)经济、社会城镇化以及城镇化综合发展指数总体上呈现波动上升趋势。(2)生态环境压力、响应及生态环境综合发展指数,总体上都呈现波动上升态势。(3)城镇化与生态环境耦合度呈现小幅下降态势,而协调发展度呈现波动上升态势,总体上向着良性协调方向发展;城镇化和生态环境处于中度协调发展阶段;制约协调发展的主要因素是生态环境发展滞后。论文的研究不仅丰富了城镇化与生态环境耦合协调发展理论,而且研究结论对于上海政府在协调城镇化与生态环境治理关系时,具有一定的实践指导意义。
The paper constructs an evaluation index system for the comprehensive development of urbanization and ecological environment, adopts a coupling coordination model, and discusses the coupling of urbanization and ecological environment in Shanghai from 2010 to 2016. The research results show that:(1)Economic and social urbanization and the comprehensive development index of urbanization generally shows a fluctuating upward trend.(2) The comprehensive development index of ecological environment pressure, response,and ecological environment showed a general upward trend.(3) The degree of coupling between urbanization and eco-environment showed a slight decline, while the degree of coordinated development showed a fluctuating upward trend, and the overall development was in the direction of benign coordination; urbanization and ecological environment were in a moderately coordinated development stage; the main factor restricting coordinated development is the lagging development of ecological environment.The study of the dissertation not only enriches the theory of coupling and coordinated development between urbanization and ecological environment, but also has certain practical significance for the Shanghai government in coordinating the relationship between urbanization and ecological environment governance.
