3个辣木品种耐寒性评价

摘要
[目的]对3个辣木品种的耐寒性进行评价。[方法]采用紫外分光光度法测定不同温度(25、5、0、-2℃)处理下传统辣木、改良辣木PKM1和改良辣木PKM2叶片的丙二醛(malondialdehyde, MDA)、可溶性糖、游离脯氨酸(proline, Pro)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase, SOD)活性,并应用模糊隶属函数评价法对其耐寒性进行综合评价。[结果]随着温度的降低,3个辣木品种MDA、Pro含量和SOD活性总体呈先下降后升高的趋势,处理温度为-2℃时,传统辣木与改良辣木PKM1、PKM2差异显著,改良辣木PKM1与PKM2间差异不显著;可溶性糖含量总体呈先升高后下降的趋势,不同温度处理下各品种间差异均不显著。[结论]依据各生理指标的平均隶属度,3个辣木品种耐寒性依次为:改良辣木PKM2>改良辣木PKM1>传统辣木。
        [Purpose] The cold resistance of three Moringa oleifera cultivars was evaluated in order. [Method] Changes in the contents of malondialdehyde(MDA), soluble sugar, free proline(Pro), and superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity in the leaves of three M.oleifera cultivars under different temperatures(25, 5, 0, -2 ℃)were determined by UV spectrophotometry, and a comprehensive evaluation of cold resistance was conducted by the fuzzy membership function evaluation method. [Result] Under decreasing temperatures, the contents of MDA and Pro and SOD activity in the three M.oleifera cultivars decreased first and then increased. At -2 ℃, these contents differed significantly between the traditional cultivar Moringa and the modified cultivars Moringa PKM1 or PKM2. There was no significant difference between PKM1 and PKM2. The soluble sugar content increased first and then decreased. There was no significant difference among the three cultivars under different temperature treatments. [Conclusion] Based on the average membership of each physiological index, the cold resistance of the three M.oleifera cultivars was in the order of modified Moringa PKM2>modified Moringa PKM1>traditional Moringa.
