摘要
为了提高CNG取样的安全性能,本研究基于取样气瓶设计压力为30MPa、气瓶材料采用316L超低碳奥氏体铬镍钼不锈钢且内层喷涂聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)的基础上,对气瓶及涂层的紫外耐受能力、耐温性能、耐腐蚀性能、耐压能力及压力与壁厚进行研究,得到本试验设计气瓶在室外取样作业中具有良好的紫外耐受能力、耐温性、化学稳定性及耐压能力,可在CNG的取样中安全广泛的使用。
In order to improve the safety performance of CNG sampling, the research of this paper is based on that the design pressure of the sampling cylinder is 30 MPa, the material of the cylinder is 316L ultra-low carbon austenitic chromium nickel molybdenum stainless steel and the inner coating is sprayed with polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE). This paper studies the ultraviolet resistance, temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, pressure resistance and wall thickness of cylinders and coatings, and finds that the designed cylinders have good ultraviolet resistance, temperature resistance, chemical stability and pressure resistance in outdoor sampling operation, which can be safely and widely used in CNG sampling.
