基于城市污水处理厂改造项目投资分析

摘要
投资控制贯穿整个项目建设过程,如何进行有效的投资控制是建设各方较为关心的问题。本文以小曹娥城市污水处理厂改造工程为例,计算其投资估算,为后期建设的各方面成本控制提供合理可靠的依据。以该工程作为工程实例进行经济评价,分析项目的可实施性,同时希望能为今后国内城市污水处理厂的改造和提标提供一定的理论依据。
Investment control runs through the whole project construction process. How to carry out effective investment control is a concern of all parties concerned. The article takes Xiaocao'e Urban Sewage Treatment Plant Renovation Project as an example to estimate its investment so as to provide reasonable and reliable basis for its post-construction cost control. Meanwhile, this paper takes this project as an example for economic evaluation and analyzes the feasibility of the project. It is hoped that this project can provide a theoretical basis for the reconstruction and bidding of domestic municipal waste water treatment plants in the future.
