沿淮地区不同小麦品种花后生长差异及其与产量的相关性

摘要
采用随机区组试验设计,于2014-2016年连续2a研究沿淮地区当前生产中推广的8个小麦品种花后生长差异及与产量的关系,旨在为沿淮地区小麦育种及生产中选择品种提供参考。结果表明:随着花后籽粒灌浆的进行,品种间叶面积指数及叶绿素SPAD值差异逐步加大,叶面积指数2014-2015年在开花期、灌浆中期和灌浆后期品种间最大差异分别达18.81%、27.61%和33.32%,2015-2016年最大差异分别达26.87%、61.95%和108.69%;叶绿素SPAD值2014-2015年最大差异分别达16.28%、16.63%和118.89%,2015-2016年最大差异分别达11.49%、19.54%和237.75%;品种间花后光合速率差异2014-2015年最高达29.32%、2015-2016年最高达26.13%;2a试验花后同化物的积累量及其对籽粒的贡献率品种间差异显著,干物质积累和分配比例品种间均差异显著;产量与花后叶绿素SPAD值、叶面积指数呈极显著正相关,与叶片的干物质积累量亦呈极显著正相关,与茎鞘、穗轴+颖壳的干物质分配比例呈极显著负相关,与花前营养器官中贮存同化物的转运量、花后同化物的积累量以及花后同化物积累量对籽粒的贡献率呈正相关。2a试验结果说明‘洛麦23’‘矮抗58’‘邯6712’产量位于8个品种的前3位,且与其他品种产量差异显著,适宜在安徽沿淮地区推广种植。
        Taking eight wheat varieties using widely in the region along Huaihe River as research object,the effects of growth difference after anthesis and correlation analysis with yield were analyzed by using adopts randomized block design during 2014-2016 growing season.The aim of the experiment was to provide the reference of select varieties in wheat breeding and cultivation.The results show that the differences of leaf area index and chlorophyll SPAD value among wheat varieties gradually increased with the grouting going on.During 2014-2015 growing season,the differences of leaf area index among wheat varieties in anthesis stage,mid filling stage and late filling stage were reached18.81%,27.61%and 33.32%respectively,during 2015-2016 growing season,the differences of leaf area index among wheat varieties in anthesis stage,mid filling stage and late filling stage were reached26.87%,61.95% and 108.69% respectively.During 2014-2015 growing season,the differences of chlorophyll SPAD value among wheat varieties in anthesis stage,mid filling stage and late filling stage reached 16.28%,16.63% and 118.89% respectively,during 2015-2016 growing season,the differences of chlorophyll SPAD value among wheat varieties in anthesis stage,mid filling stage and late filling stage reached 11.49%,19.54%and 237.75%respectively.The differences of photosynthetic rate among wheat varieties in mid filling stage were 29.32%in 2014-2015 and 26.13%in 2015-2016.In two years experiments,the differences of dry matter accumulation amount after anthesis and its contribution rate to grain among wheat varieties were all significant.Yield significantly positively correlated with leaf area indexes and chlorophyll contents.Yield significantly positively correlated with dry matter accumulation amount of leaf,but negatively correlated with dry matter distribution ratio of stem+sheath and spike axis+glume at the mature stage.Yield had positively correlation with dry matter translocation amount in vegetative organs assimilate pre anthesis,dry matter accumulation amount after anthesis and dry matter accumulation contribution rate to grain after anthesis.The yield of LM23,AK58 and G6712 were in the top three of 8 wheat varieties,and had significant difference with the yield of other varieties in two years experiments,so LM23,AK58 and G6712 can be cultivated in production along Huaihe River in Anhui province.
