摘要
主要介绍了组合式把持器大型硅铁电炉基于产能、利用Westly公式进行电炉主要参数的设计。通过投产后的各项实际运行参数和经济技术指标分析,说明了Westly公式在大型硅铁电炉设计中的合理性,尤其是对于连续生产高牌号的硅铁和金属硅电炉。在实际生产中体现出良好的可操作性,达到了大型硅铁电炉连续持久生产FeSi75经济指标良好的目的。
        This paper mainly introduces the design of large-scale ferrosilicon electric furnace based on capacity, and uses Westly formula to design the main parameters of electric furnace. Through analysis of the actual operating parameters, economic and technical indicators after putting into production in commission, the rationality of Westly formula is illustrated in the design of large-scale ferrosilicon electric furnace, especially for high-grade ferrosilicon and metal silicon electric furnaces of continuous production. It shows good operability in actual production. It achieves the goal of continuous and long-term production of FeSi75 economic indicators of large-scale ferrosilicon electric furnace.
