关于藏区牦牛产业扶贫调结构补短板的建议

摘要
文章论述了藏区牦牛产业扶贫存在的瓶颈痛点问题,提出了在供给侧调结构补短板的解决方案。第一,调整优化牦牛养殖品种结构,在供给侧建设良种犊牛繁育场,为牦牛养殖户提供良种犊牛;第二,调整优化牦牛肉产品结构,由生产冻牛肉向冷鲜牛肉转变;第三,在供给侧补饲草料匮乏短板,从内地调运青贮玉米草料包到藏区,利用内地饲草料资源对青藏草原生态进行替代。
This study discussed the bottleneck and pain point of poverty alleviation of yak industry in Tibet, and put forward the solution of adjusting the structure of supply side to make up the shortcomings. Firstly, adjust and optimize the yak breeding breed structure, and build a fine breed calf breeding farm on the supply side, and provide good breed calves for yak farmers. Secondly, the structure of yak beef products should be adjusted and optimized, and the production of frozen beef should be transformed into cold beef. Thirdly, the shortage of forage was supplemented on the supply side, and silage maize bags were transported from the mainland to the Tibetan area, so that the grassland ecosystem could be replaced by the forage resources in the mainland.
