苜蓿花叶病毒的研究进展

摘要
苜蓿花叶病毒(Alfalfa mosaic virus,AMV)是一种世界性分布病毒,其寄主范围广泛,能对多种重要经济作物和豆科牧草造成危害,给畜牧业生产和经济发展带来严重损失。为苜蓿花叶病毒病的防治及深入研究提供理论基础,从AMV的生物学特性、基因组结构、检测及防治方法等方面对其研究现状进行了综述,并对其研究方向进行了展望。
        Alfalfa mosaic virus(AMV),a worldwide distributional virus with a wide range of hosts,can cause damage to various important commercial crops and legumes,which brings about heavy losses to livestock production and economic development.The current research status of AMV is reviewed from biological characteristics,genomic structure,detection and control method of AMV and the research direction is prospected to provide the theoretical basis for control and intensive research of AMV.
