农村垃圾治理的农户满意度及其影响因素研究——基于湖南省630个农户的调研数据

摘要
农户是农村垃圾治理的直接受益者,农户满意度可以直接反映农村垃圾治理的成效。基于湖南省14个市(州)共630份问卷调查数据,用五点量表法测定农户对农村垃圾治理的满意度,采用因子分析法提取农村垃圾治理农户满意度的影响因素,再运用多元有序Logistic模型分析影响程度。结果发现:农户对农村垃圾治理的整体满意度较高。农户满意度主要受村庄环境基础设施建设情况、环境制度建设情况、农户个体特征和认知特征等因素的影响。因此,应该提高农村垃圾治理财政投入效率,改善基础设施;重视垃圾治理宣传与清洁评比制度的引导作用;农村垃圾治理政策应该由重点倾斜向普惠支持转变。
Farmers are the direct beneficiaries of rural garbage management, and their satisfaction can directly reflect the effectiveness of rural garbage management. Based on 630 questionnaires from 14 cities(prefectures) in Hunan Province, the satisfaction degree of rural residents for household garbage management was measured by five-point scale. Factor analysis was used to extract the influencing factors of satisfaction of rural residents for household garbage management, and then multiple ordered logistic model was used to analyze the impact degree. The results show that the overall satisfaction of rural residents to rural garbage treatment is higher. Farmers' satisfaction is mainly affected by the construction of village environmental infrastructure, the construction of environmental system, individual characteristics and cognitive characteristics of farmers. Therefore, we should improve the efficiency of financial input and infrastructure of rural garbage management, pay attention to the guiding role of propaganda and incentives for garbage management, and change the policy of rural garbage management from focus tilt to inclusive support.
