摘要

伴随《中华人民共和国环境影响评价法》的制定实施,生态工业园区环境影响评价指标体系在园区建设总体评价显得尤为重要。本文基于生态工业园区发展现状和环境影响评价的现实意义,根据发展过程中的生态经济、资源能源消耗、自然环境质量、污染控制等因素,论述生态工业园区落实环境影响评价指标体系的原则,并针对各个因素的特征设置综合性指标体系的内容。
        With the formulation and implementation of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Environmental Impact Assessment, the environmental impact assessment index system of eco-industrial parks has more significant strategic significance in the overall evaluation of park construction. Based on the development status of eco-industrial parks and the practical significance of environmental impact assessment, the paper discusses the principles of implementing environmental impact assessment index systems in eco-industrial parks based on factors such as eco-economy, resource and energy consumption, natural environmental quality and pollution control during the development process. Set the content of the comprehensive indicator system for the characteristics of each factor.
