基于博弈理论的绿色矿山建设联动机制

摘要
建设绿色矿山是绿色发展的重要内容,是解决矿产资源可持续发展的有效途径。本文针对当前我国绿色矿山发展速度相对缓慢的现状,从绿色矿山建设主要参与人的理性人属性出发,从经济成本角度分别建立了政府与企业、企业与居民、企业与企业三个博弈模型。结果表明,模型的博弈均衡解对我国绿色矿山建设不利。因此,本文从政府、企业和居民三个层次提出了绿色矿山建设联动机制建议,以期改善原有博弈均衡,从而促进我国绿色矿山建设快速发展。
        The comprehensive promotion of green mine construction is an important embodiment of China's green development model and an effective way to solve the sustainable development of mineral resources.This article in view of the current our country the status quo of green mining development speed is relatively slow,the green mine construction rational man properties of main participants,from the perspective of economic cost,respectively established the government and enterprises,enterprises and residents,enterprises and three game model.The results show that the equilibrium solution of the model is unfavorable to the construction of green mines in China.Therefore,this article from the government,enterprises and residents three levels suggest the green mine construction linkage mechanism,in order to improve the original game equilibrium,thus promotes the green mine construction rapid development in our country.
