摘要

阐述了产教融合对地方本科院校人才培养的重要意义;分析了地方本科院校产教融合中存在的合作动机、合作内容、经费支持、师资队伍及质量保障五个方面的问题;构建了人才培养目标、专业结构、人才培养体系和教学管理制度四位一体的地方本科院校应用型人才培养实施路径。
        The importance of local undergraduate colleges' talent cultivation is expounded. The five aspects of cooperation motivation, cooperation content, financial support, teacher team and quality assurance in the integration of production and education in local undergraduate colleges are analyzed. The implementation path of applied talents in local undergraduate colleges, which is a four-in-one combination of talent training objectives, professional structure, talent training system and teaching management system is constructed.
