“滇池关爱日”活动中志愿者参与滇池治理的动机研究——基于科尔曼的“理性选择理论”

摘要
志愿者作为滇池治理的重要社会资本,其参与动机值得深究。科尔曼"理性选择理论"是利用个人的目的性行动解释社会行动,通过理解个体行动的动机预测行动前景。本文以此为理论背景,采用SPSS17.0中的因子分析、方差分析和回归分析等统计方法,考查志愿者参与滇池治理的动机。研究发现,滇池治理中的志愿者力量仍具挖掘潜力,志愿者参与动机的强弱与志愿者个体理性行为中对价值理性的追求有关,不同动机维度下呈现出一定的群体性差异。基于此,笔者建议可从宣传方式、活动项目开展形式、完善志愿者激励制度三个方面加以改进,以吸引和动员更多志愿者参与滇池治理活动。
It is worthwhile to study the motivation of the volunteers who are one of the major social resources in Dianchi Lake governance. Based on Coleman's theory, this paper uses statistical methods in SPSS17.0 like factor analysis, variance analysis, regression analysis, etc., to examine the volunteer motivation for participating in Dianchi Lake governance. The results show that volunteers potential remains to be further explored, that the degree of volunteers participation motivation is related to their pursuit of value rationality behind their personal rational behaviors, and that there are certain group differences in different motivation dimensions. Hence it is suggested that three aspects, namely publicity methods, the ways of initiating activities and volunteers incentive mechanism need to be improved in order to attract and mobilize more volunteers to participate in Dianchi Lake governance activities.
