摘要
随着海上南堡35-2油田B平台稠油热采规模化开发,单井注热作业与生产平台的增产增注措施以及常规修井作业交叉,同时受平台甲板面积、外输能力以及生活支持等因素制约,使得目前作业模式难以满足海上稠油热采开发需求,迫切需要一种新的热采开发模式。通过利用生产平台现有的热采资源,同时对LIFTBOAT进行适应性改造,优化注热设备内部结构,合理布局设备摆放格局,改进注热管线连接方式,对多元热流体注热装备所需的场地、水、电、油等进行了合理的配置和优化,基于LIFTBOAT为作业主体设计了一套较为完善的工艺流程,解决了导致南堡35-2油田南区热采作业时效降低问题及多项作业的生活支持问题,满足了海上热采作业的生产和安全需求,为该油田南区高效、经济开采开辟了一个新的开发模式,同时也为渤海湾的中小平台稠油油田开发提供了宝贵经验。
        With the large-scale development of heavy oil thermal recovery on offshore Nanpu35-2 oilfield B platform, the intersection of single well heat injection operation and production platform stimulation and injection stimulation measures as well as conventional workover operations, and constrained by platform deck area, transportation capacity and life support,the current operation mode is difficult to meet the needs of offshore heavy oil thermal recovery development, and a new thermal recovery development mode is urgently needed. By utilizing the existing thermal recovery resources of production platform and adapting transformation of LIFTBOAT.Optimizing the internal structure of heat injection equipment, rationally laying out the layout of equipment, improving the connection mode of heat injection pipeline.And rationally configuring and optimizing the site, water, electricity and oil needed for multi-element heat fluid heat injection equipment.A set of relatively perfect operation subject is designed based on LIFTBOAT. The technological process solves the problems of time-effectiveness reduction of thermal recovery operation and life support of many operations in the southern area of Nanpu 35-2 oilfield, meets the production and safety requirements of offshore thermal recovery operation, opens up a new development mode for efficient and economic exploitation in the southern area of the oilfield, and also provides valuable experience for the development of medium and small platform heavy oilfields in Bohai bay.
