摘要

资产是保障油田企业进行正常生产经营活动的重要载体,也是油田企业生存和发展必要的物质基础。油田企业资产为油田发展创建了良好的生产和经营环境,提高了油田企业的竞争力。油田企业资产数量和价值巨大,种类名目也非常多,为油田企业的资产管理带来巨大的挑战。油田企业要充分发挥企业资产的价值就需要健全管理体制,提高资产管理水平,保证企业生产效益的最大化。基于此,探讨了当前油田企业资产管理的重要性,分析了油田企业资产质量和效益管理存在的问题,进一步总结了提高油田企业资产质量和效益管理的有效措施。
        Assets are not only the important carrier to ensure the normal production and operation of oil field enterprises,but also the necessary material basis for the survival and development of oil field enterprises.The assets of oilfield enterprises create a good production and management environment for oilfield development and improve the competitiveness of oilfield enterprises.The amount and value of assets of oilfield enterprises are huge,and there are many kinds and names,which bring great challenges to the asset management of oilfield enterprises.To give full play to the value of enterprise assets,oilfield enterprises need to improve the management system,improve the level of asset management,and ensure the maximization of enterprise production efficiency.This paper discusses the importance of asset management in oilfield enterprises,analyses the problems existing in asset quality and benefit management of oilfield enterprises,and further summarizes the effective measures to improve asset quality and benefit management of oilfield enterprises.
