摘要
本文运用氟试剂分光光度法和离子选择性电极法测定了氨氮、氟化物的精确度和加标回收率。经过实验得知,在测定水样中氨氮、氟化物的过程中,离子选择性电极法的测定精确度要高于分光光度法,测定的范围也要远远高于氟试剂分光光度法;但离子选择性电极法和氟试剂分光光度法测定的加标回收率并无太大差异。
In this paper, the accuracy and recovery of ammonia nitrogen and fluoride are determined by fluorine reagent spectrophotometry and ion selective electrode method. It is found that in the process of determining ammonia nitrogen and fluoride in water samples, the accuracy of ion selective electrode method is higher than that of spectrophotometry, and the determination range is much higher than that of fluorine reagent spectrophotometry, but there's not much difference in the rate of recovery between ion selective electrode and fluorine reagent spectrophotometry.
