摘要
陕西省扶风县果业服务中心发明了一种新型便携递推式果实套袋器,该果实套袋器与一种设置有橡皮筋和塑料圆环的专用套袋配套使用,基于超越离合器原理及螺栓和螺母间自锁式原理来实现多只果实专用套袋被一个螺纹管递进式地推送,然后被逐只地单独推出的套袋过程。该便携递推式果实套袋器可一次性给位于树体任一高度的至少50个苹果、梨及其他水果果实完成套袋,每天套袋效率相当于单个果农手工套袋效率的4倍。该便携递推式果实套袋器采用简单机械结构,价格低廉、操作简便,配套专用套袋,可应用于机械手的末端执行器,容易实现自动化,且可根据个别果园的特殊需求来定制。该递推式果实套袋器已被授权中国发明专利(专利号:ZL201510663576.0)。
        A new portable successively-delivering fruit bagging device has been invented by Fruit Industry Service Center of Fufeng County,which is used in combination with special bags with rubber bands and plastic rings.The device works based on the principles of overrunning clutch and self-locking between bolt and nut to push special fruit bags successively through a threaded pipe and then deliver them one by one.The portable successively-delivering fruit bagging device can bag more than 50 fruits of apples,pears and other fruit crops a time at any height,the bagging efficiency of the device is four times higher than the bagging efficiency of manual operation by one person.The device has a simple mechanical structure,and is inexpensive,and easy to operate.Along with special bags,it can be used at the end effector of a manipulator.The portable successively-delivering fruit bagging device enables automatic operation,and can be customized for special needs of individual orchard.The successively-delivering fruit bagging device has been awarded with Chinese Invention Patent(patent No.ZL 201510663576.0).
