采煤机新型传动系统设计

摘要
针对采煤机截割部传动系统中转矩远距离传输部分所存在的结构冗杂、传动效率较低等问题,用二级锥齿轮传动系统代替原来的多级直齿轮传动系统,设计一种采煤机新型传动系统。通过结构静力学有限元分析,得出传动系统中主要零部件的计算结果及应力云图。结果表明:采煤机新型传动系统中主要零部件满足理论校核条件;锥齿轮的等效应力、接触应力及弯曲应力小于材料的许用强度极限;传动轴的等效应力及等效应变满足零件材料的许用要求。
        Aiming at the problems of complicated structure and low transmission efficiency in the transmission system of shearer cutting part, a new transmission system of shearer is designed by replacing the original multi-stage spur gear transmission system with the two-stage bevel gear transmission system. Through theoretical design calculation, theoretical checking calculation, three-dimensional modeling, interference inspection, structural static analysis and other design analysis. The results show that the main parts of the new shearer transmission system meet the theoretical checking conditions and the equivalent force, contact stress and bending stress of the bevel gear in the transmission system are less than the allowable strength limit of the material. The equivalent stress and equivalent effect of the transmission shaft meet the requirements for the material of the parts. Through the design and analysis of the new transmission system of the shearer, it is proved that the new transmission system is feasible and provides a theoretical reference for the optimization design of the shearer cutting part.
