精准扶贫中语言弱势群体口述档案的利用

摘要
由于历史的原因和地区的差异,在精准扶贫工作的开展过程中,和贫困地区人员的语言沟通成为开展工作的一个门槛。为确保扶贫工作的顺利延续,建立贫困地区语言弱势群体的口述档案成为扶贫攻坚的一项重要工作。基于口述档案的精准扶贫具有其显著优势,因此精准扶贫口述档案的应用正在被完善和实施。
Language is an important communicative tool for human beings and a medium for people to exchange ideas. Due to historical reasons and regional differences, the language communication has become a threshold between poverty relief office staff and impoverished citizens when poverty relief office staff carried out the work in the process of targeted poverty alleviation. Targeted poverty alleviation is a great cause that benefits future generations, which will cover a thousand years. In order to ensure the smooth continuation of poverty alleviation work, establishing oral archives for linguistic disadvantaged groups in the poor areas has become an important task for poverty alleviation.
