摘要

BIM技术的应用,给建设行业工程造价控制的工作带来了深刻的影响。在工程项目的各个阶段,即项目的投资决策、设计、招投标、施工直到结算阶段,工程造价控制的价值研究点也各自不同。本文主要站在施工单位的角度,研究讨论施工阶段基于BIM技术的工程造价控制的价值问题。
        The application of BIM technology has brought profound impact to the project cost control of construction industry. At each stage of the project, that is, investment decision, design, bidding, construction and settlement, the value research points of the project cost control are also different. This paper mainly discusses the value of engineering cost control based on BIM technology in the construction stage from the perspective of construction units.
