摘要
为了对不同厚度的保温层进行经济效益评价,为深井巷道保温层选择经济性的厚度提供依据,笔者通过简化围岩与风流间的换热过程,建立了巷道保温模型和隔热材料全生命周期模型,分析了采用不同保温层厚度时围岩与风流间换热的热量释放减少量,结合净现值方法,将节约的空调年耗电总费用和全生命周期内保温层的总造价成本之差作为其产生的经济效益,对巷道壁面保温进行了经济评价,得出了经济保温层厚度,既降低了围岩和风流间的换热量,又降低了运行成本,实现了节能和经济综合指标最优化。
        This paper aims to evaluate the economic benefits of thermal insulation layers of different thicknesses and provide a basis for selecting economical thickness of thermal insulation layers in deep mine roadways. By simplifying the heat transfer process between surrounding rock and airflow, the roadway insulation model was established, and the heat release reduction during the heat exchange between surrounding rock and airflow with different thermal insulation thickness after thermal insulation technology was analyzed. Then the life cycle of thermal insulation material was established. The model combined with the net present value method will take the difference between the total annual electricity consumption of the air conditioner and the total cost of the thermal insulation layer in the whole life cycle as the economic benefits generated, and evaluate the economy of the wall insulation of the mine roadway to obtain the economic thermal insulation layer. The thickness reduces the heat exchange between the surrounding rock and the wind flow, reduces the operating cost, and optimizes the energy saving and economic comprehensive indicators.
