湿地清淤底泥资源化处置现状与前景

摘要
当前湿地清淤受到水利与环保的双重压力,清淤底泥产生量逐年上升,清淤底泥的有效处置与消纳成为当前亟待解决的问题。结合不同国家地区底泥的利用方式,提出了3种资源化处置用途:工程用途、环境改善用途与产品用途,并总结了其在湿地岸带修复、土地改良与开发、填埋场覆盖、湿地生境营造、矿山修复、混凝土产品、人工表土产品、陶瓷砖块产品等多方面的可持续利用,指出了当前湿地清淤工程的问题与弊端,展望了底泥资源化的良好前景。
        The dredging of wetlands meets the pressure from the irrigation and the environmental protection. The number of dredging sediments has risen year by year. Combined with different models of sediment uses in different countries and regions, three ways of using the sediments were proposed: engineering uses, environmental enhancement and product uses.They were mainly manifested in many aspects, e.g. wetlands shore restoration, land improvement and development, mining landfill cover, wetlands habitats restoration, rehabilitation of mining sites, concrete products, artificial topsoil products, and ceramic brick products. We pointed out the problems of the current wetlands dredging projects and sediment utilization, a good prospect of sediments reuses was envisaged.
