摘要

"流动公共服务"作为与传统公共服务供给相对应的一种创新的公共服务供给方式,是基于我国边疆民族地区和广阔牧区实施的一种创新,因此,流动公共服务在我国边疆民族地区的积极实践既有地方特色,又有自身优势。但其创新理念与应用价值绝不仅限于边疆和广阔牧区,我国各地公共服务流动起来的现象日渐证明流动公共服务的引力效应正在彰显,通过流动公共服务普适意义的发挥,将有助于实现公共服务人人可及,引领公共服务建设提档升级。
        As an innovative public service supply mode corresponding to the traditional public service supply,mobile public service is based on the innovation implemented in the frontier minority areas and vast pastoral areas of China.Therefore, the active practice of mobile public service in the frontier minority areas of China has both local characteristics and its own advantages.However, its innovative concept and application value are not limited to the frontier and vast pastoral areas.The phenomenon of public services flowing around our country has increasingly proved that the attraction effect of mobile public services is highlighting.Through the universal significance of mobile public services, it will help to achieve accessibility to all public services and lead to the upgrading of public service construction.
