供给侧改革视阈下地方旅游业转型升级研究——基于江西省上饶市的调研分析

摘要
供给侧结构性改革是适应和引领经济发展新常态的重大创新,以全域旅游为总体战略的旅游供给侧结构性改革则是引领旅游新常态、推动旅游产业转型升级的重要砝码,而地方旅游产业转型升级效能和质量对于全域旅游体系的构建意义重大。基于现有地方旅游业转型升级的研究成果,结合供给侧改革视角,以江西省旅游标杆城市上饶市为例,对其旅游业转型升级的特定优势、存在问题进行深入分析,并从固化优势、优化结构、补齐短板、消除瓶颈四个维度提出具体对策。
The supply-side structural reforms can be regarded as the great innovations that adapt to and lead the new normal status of economic development. The supply-side structural reform of tourism, with the comprehensive tourism as the overall strategy as an overall strategy will play an important role in leading tourism new normal status and promoting the transformation and upgrading of tourism industry. The efficiency and quality of the local tourism transformation and upgrading is very important for constructing a comprehensive tourism system. Based on the existing research results of local tourism industry transformation and upgrading, from the perspective of supply-side reforms, taking Shangrao—a tourism benchmark city of Jiangxi Province as an example, the article makes an in-depth analysis of its specific advantages and existing problems of tourism industry transformation and upgrading, and puts forward the concrete countermeasures from four dimensions: solidifying the advantages, optimizing the structure, complementing the short board, and eliminating the bottleneck.
