摘要
本文利用QC8500流动注射自动离子分析仪,按照HJ825-2017《水质挥发酚的测定流动注射-4-氨基安替比林分光光度法》要求,通过对标准溶液的测定确定工作参数并绘制校正曲线;通过对低浓度标准样品的测定,了解试剂和仪器及其他实验条件是否满足实验要求,并计算在该条件下的最低检出浓度;通过对已知标准样品的测定,检验仪器的性能,验证本方法的准确度和精密度。通过对实际样品的测定,验证本方法与手工分析方法的差异性。通过对HJ825-2017方法进行的基础验证实验,确认HJ825-2017方法的适用程度。
        According to the requirements of HJ825-2017 Flow Injection-4-Amino Antipyrine Spectrophotometry for the Determination of Volatile Phenols in Water Quality, the working parameters were determined by the determination of standard solution and the calibration curve was drawn by using QC8500 Flow Injection Automatic Ion Analyser. Through the determination of low concentration standard sample, the reagent, instrument and other experimental conditions were found to meet the experimental requirements, and the results were calculated in the following way: The lowest detection concentration under this condition; the accuracy and precision of this method are verified by testing the performance of the instrument through the determination of known standard samples. The difference between this method and manual analysis was verified by the determination of actual samples. The applicability of this method is confirmed by basic verification experiments.
