粤东地区生物专业师范生教育实习现状调查及分析

摘要

作为师范院校教育教学的重要环节,教育实习对师范生综合素质的提升与教育教学能力的培养有重要作用。师范生通过教育实习,将教学论中所学的知识运用到教学实践中,实现理论与实践的结合,从而提升师范生的教育教学与管理能力。为了解粤东地区生物专业师范生教育实习的现状,笔者对韩山师范学院生物师范专业的实习生做了有关教育实习的问卷调查,分析师范生在教育实习中存在的问题,并提出相应的改进措施。
        As a keyfactor, educational practice plays an important role for normal students in improving the overall quality and cultivating educational ability. Through educational internship,normalschool students apply the knowledge learned in teaching theory to teaching practice, and realize the combination of theory and practice, thus improving the educational teaching and management ability of normal students.In order to understand the current situation of normal students frombiology majorin East Guangdong, the authorconducted a questionnaire survey on the internships of the biology majors at Hanshan Teachers College, and the problems that analyst Fan Sheng had in the educational internships, and proposed corresponding improvement measures.
