摘要
以云椒2号为材料,研究外源甜菜碱(glycine betaine,GB,100 mmol/L)和水杨酸(salicylic acid,SA,200 mg/L)对干旱胁迫下辣椒开花结果期生理特性的影响。结果表明:在干旱胁迫下,外源GB,SA处理能有效缓解辣椒叶片相对含水量的下降,抑制丙二醛含量的增加,同时,提高辣椒叶片可溶性糖、脯氨酸的含量,提高过氧化物酶(peroxidase,POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)和过氧化氢酶(catalase,CAT)的活性;外源SA处理使辣椒叶片可溶性蛋白含量下降。利用模糊隶属函数法对渗透调节物质、膜脂过氧化和抗氧化酶活性多项指标进行综合评价,GB,SA、干旱处理综合评价值分别为0.521 9,0.495 0,0.475 1。GB,SA处理均能提高辣椒的抗旱性,其中GB处理的辣椒抗旱性更好。
        The purpose of this study is to explore the effects of exogenous glycine betaine(GB, 100 mmol/L) and salicylic acid(SA, 200 mg/L) on physiological characters of Yunjiao 2 of hot pepper(Capsicum annuum L.) under drought stress during blossom and fruit period. The results show that, under the condition of drought stress, exogenous GB and SA could effectively relieve the reduction of relative water content in leaves, suppress the increase of malondialdehyde(MDA) content, increase the contents of soluble sugar and proline, and stimulate the activities of peroxidase(POD), superoxide dismutase(SOD) and catalase(CAT). Exogenous SA could diminish the content of soluble protein. The comprehensive assessment of multiple indicators including osmotic regulation substance, membrane lipid peroxidation and antioxidant enzyme activities was conducted by fuzzy subordination method, and the comprehensive evaluation values were 0.521 9, 0.495 0 and 0.475 1 under GB, SA and drought stress, respectively. In conclusion, exogenous GB and SA could improve drought resistance of hot pepper, in particular, the treatment of GB was more effective.
