河谷型风电场振冲碎石桩处理效果试验研究

摘要
针对河谷型风电工程地基承载力不足、砂土液化及沉降变形等不良条件,进行了振冲碎石桩的现场施工。通过标贯试验检查砂土液化消除,利用重型动力触探试验和静载试验对成桩质量和复合地基土的承载力特征值进行检测分析,最后通过分析沉降观测数据以及压缩模量分析检验地基变形改善情况。结果显示振冲碎石桩对地基承载力提高效果明显,消除地基砂土液化,并加速地基沉降变形到位,使得复合地基承载力在处理后达到设计要求,满足施工需要,可为类似工程提供参考。
        In view of the unfavorable conditions of valley wind power engineering such as insufficient bearing capacity of foundation,liquefaction of sand and settlement deformation,the construction of vibro-impact gravel pile is carried out. The liquefaction of sand is checked by standard penetration test,and the pile quality and bearing capacity characteristic value of composite foundation soil are tested and analyzed by heavy dynamic penetration test and static load test. Finally,the improvement of foundation deformation is tested by analyzing settlement observation data and compression modulus analysis. The results show that the vibro replacement stone column can obviously improve the bearing capacity of foundation,eliminate the liquefaction of foundation sand and accelerate the settlement and deformation of foundation,so that the bearing capacity of composite foundation can meet the design requirements after treatment and meet the construction needs,which can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
