摘要
水土流失不仅会造成资源浪费等生态问题,也会影响区域经济发展和居民生活舒适度。因此,科学合理地开展水土保持效益评价,对水土保持工作具有重要的意义。本文结合实际项目,选取13个指标作为水土保持效益评价的影响因素,通过组合赋权的方法获取每个指标的权重,结果表明林草植被覆盖增加率、土壤侵蚀模数、土地生产率为影响水土保持效益的重要因素。使用未确知测度的方法对水土保持效益等级进行评价,结果表明进行了相关治理措施的区域,水土保持效益较好。
        Soil and water loss will not only cause ecological problems such as waste of resources, but also affect regional economic development and residents' living comfort. Therefore, scientific and rational evaluation of soil and water conservation benefits is of great significance to water and soil conservation. Combined with the actual projects, 13 indicators were selected as the influencing factors for soil and water conservation benefit evaluation, and the weight of each index was obtained by the method of combination empowerment. The results show that the increase rate of vegetation cover, soil erosion modulus and land productivity are the important factors affecting soil and water conservation benefit. The benefit grade of soil and water conservation is evaluated by using the unascertained measurement method. The result shows that the benefit of soil and water conservation is sound in the area where relevant control measures adopted.
