摘要

就当前高校体育社团现状进行深入剖析,阐述了其对大学生身体素质、心理素质的重要影响。分析了高职院校体育社团存在的问题,如缺乏科学、有效的管理机制,缺少经费支持。有针对性地提出解决对策,如配备专业指导教师,学校给予资金支持,建设有特色的高职院校体育社团,以期促进高职院校学生的身心健康地发展。
        This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the current situation of sports associations in colleges and universities,and expounds the important influence of sports associations on the physical and psychological quality of college students. It analyses the existing problems of sports associations in higher vocational colleges,such as lack of scientific and effective management mechanism, lack of financial support, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures,such as equipping professional instructors,providing financial support from schools,and building characteristic sports associations in higher vocational colleges,hoping to promote the physical and mental development of students in higher vocational colleges heathily.
