摘要

实木地板的生产过程中,涂装环节的喷漆涂饰会产生挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)。VOCs如释放到工厂车间,或直接排入大气,将对人身体产生不可逆转的危害。本文主要对工厂在实木地板生产的涂装环节产生的VOCs处理设备、处理技术的现状进行研究梳理,为推广绿色生产提供理论依据。
        In the production of solid wood flooring, the spray coating of the coating process produces volatile organic compounds(VOCs). If VOCs are released into the factory floor or discharged directly into the atmosphere, they will cause irreversible damage to the human body. This paper mainly studies the current situation of VOCs processing equipment and processing technology produced by the factory in the coating process of solid wood flooring production,and provides theoretical basis for promoting green production.
