摘要
渤海油田部分油井生产过程中地层和油管内有有机垢析出,会堵塞原油流通通道,影响油井正常生产。此外,稠油井在修井作业中也存在因油管管柱清洗不干净而导致原油飘落的问题。室内对油溶性、水溶性和乳液型3种类型清洗剂的溶沥青效果进行评价,结果发现油溶性多功能清洗剂对沥青的综合溶解效果最好,溶沥青速率可用达到1.57mg/(min·mL)。多功能清洗剂的现场应用结果表明,该清洗剂对有机垢具有良好的清除效果,可满足油管清洗和地层清洗作业需求。
        In the production process of some oil wells in Bohai oilfield,organic scale exists in the formation and oil pipe,which blocks the flow channel of crude oil and affects the normal production of oil wells.In addition,heavy oil wells also have the problem of crude oil falling down due to dirty tubing string cleaning during workover operation.The effects of three types of oil-soluble cleaning agents,water-soluble cleaning agents and emulsion cleaning agents on asphalt were evaluated.The comprehensive dissolution effect of oil-soluble multifunctional cleaning agents on asphalt was the best,with the asphalt dissolution rate reached 1.57mg/min·mL.The field application of the multifunctional cleaning agent showed that the cleaning agent has a good cleaning effect on organic scale,which can meet the needs of oil pipe cleaning and formation plugging removal.
