论PPP模式在我国城市生活垃圾处理领域内的应用

摘要
近年来,PPP模式在我国公共服务领域内的应用越来越广泛,而城市生活垃圾处理就是其中的一种。对如今中国城市生活垃圾处理现状进行简要分析可以发现:我国在城市生活垃圾处理领域还是存在着譬如财政压力过大、"三化"程度不理想等问题。该领域迫切需要寻求一种有效方式来解决以上问题。PPP模式在城市生活垃圾处理方面有必要性和可行性,结合我国国情和PPP模式特点,发展我国城市生活垃圾处理领域中的PPP模式势必会对该领域产生有益影响。
In recent years, the PPP mode has been applied more and more widely in the field of public service in our country, and the treatment of municipal solid waste is one of them. A brief analysis of the present situation of municipal solid waste treatment in China can be found that there are still problems in the field of municipal solid waste treatment in China, such as the excessive financial pressure and the unsatisfactory degree of "three". In this field, it is urgent to find an effective way to solve the above problems. The PPP model is necessary and feasible in the treatment of municipal solid waste. In combination with the national conditions of China and the characteristics of the PPP model, the development of PPP model in the field of municipal solid waste treatment in China will have a beneficial effect on this field.
