摘要

美籍日裔学者福山在其一系列的论著中都提到了国家能力的范畴与建设方法,具体包括协同整合能力、法治建设能力、社会动员能力。福山的国家能力理论为我国的国家治理能力现代化提供了一种新启示,有助于我国积极推动国家治理能力现代化,从而在全球治理中获得更多的话语权,实现伟大复兴、和平崛起。
        The American Japanese scholar Fukuyama mentioned the scope and construction methods of national capabilities in his series of books, including the ability of collaborative integration, the ability of building the rule of law, and the capacity of social mobilization. Fukuyama's theory of state capacities provides a new way of thinking for the modernization of China's national governance capacity, and helps China to actively promote the modernization of state governance capabilities, thereby gaining more voice in global governance and achieving a great rejuvenation and peaceful rise.
