大坝设计中对环境影响评价方法研究

摘要
采用传统方法容易受到人为因素影响,导致研究结果精准度较低,提出了基于生态学的大坝设计中对环境影响方法研究。根据大坝结构对气候、泥沙堆积、河床淤塞展开分析,依据大坝建设造成地震出现加速度超概率来判断大坝寿命,并对可能出现的危险区域进行划分,通过研究水质情况完成大坝设计对自然环境影响分析;针对大坝设计中对生态环境的影响,从动物、断流和周围环境这三个角度进行研究。通过实验对比结果可知,该方法最高研究效果可达到93%,以免造成日后大坝运行管理上的困难。
        Traditional methods are easily influenced by human factors, which lead to low accuracy of research results. A study on environmental impact in dam design based on ecology is proposed. According to the dam structure, the climate, sediment accumulation and river bed siltation are analyzed, the dam life is judged according to the over-probability of acceleration caused by dam construction, and the possible dangerous areas are divided, and the impact of dam design on natural environment is analyzed by studying the water quality. The influence of state environment is studied from three angles:animals, cut-off and surrounding environment. According to the experimental results, the highest research effect of this method can reach 93%, so as to avoid the difficulties in dam operation and management in the future.
