摘要

库存在公司资产中占有重要位置,却在企业管理中得不到应有的重视。库存管理的好坏密切关系到企业的整体利益,必须加强和重视对库存的管理。文中通过分析M制版公司原材料库存现状,找到存在的问题,并结合企业原材料库存特点提出采用ABC分类法来改进企业的库存管理。
        Inventory plays an important role in the company's assets,but it is not given due attention in enterprise management. The quality of inventory management is closely related to the overall interests of enterprises,we must strengthen and pay attention to the inventory management. This paper analyzes the current situation of raw material inventory of M-making companies,finds out the existing problems,and combines the characteristics of raw material inventory of enterprises to put forward the use of ABC classification to improve the inventory management of enterprises.
