摘要
一直以来国内建筑业的管理水平比较国际而言有很大的差距。主要原因是受限于国内法规等诸多因素,DBB模式一直是国内主要的项目管理模式。为了提高DBB模式的管理效率,进而提高国内建筑业的核心竞争力,优化改进DBB模式则是问题的关键。"互联网+"思想为解决这一问题提供了新的思路,因而借助"互联网+"和建筑信息模型(BIM)对DBB模式进行优化改进。首先分析了"互联网+"和BIM技术作为技术支撑的前提,然后构建了以DBB模式为核心,BIM技术为补充的协同工作平台,最后通过"互联网+"作为优化。提出了优化后的项目管理模式的技术架构,并总结了其关键要素。展望了优化后的DBB模式可能会对现有的管理的提升。也为其他管理模式的优化提供了一种思路。
        Over the years, the management level of domestic construction industry is far behind that of international construction industry.The main reason is that DBB mode has been the main project management mode in China due to many factors such as domestic laws and regulations. Optimizing and improving DBB mode is the key to the problem, in order to improve the management efficiency of DBB mode and the core competitiveness of domestic construction industry.The idea of "Internet +" provides a new way to solve this problem. With the help of "Internet +" and building information model(BIM), the DBB mode is optimized and improved. First of all, the premise of "Internet +" and BIM technology as the technical support is analyzed. Then DBB mode as the core of the component, BIM technology as complementary platform for collaborative work,and finally, through the "Internet +" as an optimization. The technical framework of the optimized project management model is put forward, and its key elements are summarized. It is expected that the optimized DBB model may improve the existing management. It also provides a way of thinking for the optimization of other management modes.
