摘要
[目的]为便捷、准确、绿色化地测定山地和耕地土壤有机质含量。[方法]采用烘箱加热法,对土壤有机质测定的保温温度、时间进行研究,分析其与油浴法测定土壤有机质含量的差异。[结果]烘箱加热法测定土壤有机质的最优保温温度为170℃,最优保温时间为25~30 min。选择保温温度170℃、保温时间30 min的条件测定的土壤有机质含量与油浴法测定值显著相关。2种方法测定的土壤有机质含量没有明显差异,烘箱加热法测定的有机质标准差、相对标准偏差较油浴法测定的小。[结论]烘箱加热法测定土壤有机质有较高的准确度和重现性,可准确分析山地和耕地土壤中有机质含量。
        [Objective]In order to determine the content of soil organic matter in mountain and arable land in a convenient,accurate and green manner.[Method]The heat preservation temperature and time of soil organic matter determination were studied by using oven heating method,and the difference between soil organic matter content by oven heating method and oil bath heating method was analyzed.[Result]The optimum condition for determination of soil organic matter by oven heating method was 170 ℃ under thermal insulation 25-30 min.And the content of soil organic matter determined by selecting 170 ℃ temperature and 30 min time was extremely significantly related to that determined by oil bath method.There was no significant difference in soil organic matter content measured by the two methods,and the standard deviation and relative standard deviation of organic matter determined by oven heating method were smaller than those determined by oil bath heating method.[Conclusion]The determination of soil organic matter by oven heating method has high accuracy and reproducibility,and it can accurately analyze the content of organic matter in the soil of mountains and arable land.
