摘要

随着社会和经济的不断发展,我国建筑工程的数量也在不断增加,因此对工程造价的动态管理与控制要求也越来越高。本文从分析建筑工程造价的动态管理和控制现状入手,探究了有效进行建筑工程造价和动态管理与控制的措施和策略。
        With the continuous development of society and economy, the number of construction projects in our country is also increasing, thus the requirements for dynamic management and control of project costs are also improving. This paper starts from the analysis on the current situation of the dynamic management and control of construction project costs, and explores the effective measures and strategies for dynamic management and control of construction project costs.
